At Tonery, we want you to shop with confidence. If you receive an item that is faulty, incorrect, or no longer required, we offer a simple and fair return process to ensure your experience is smooth and stress-free.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is faulty or not functioning as expected.
  • You received the wrong product or an incorrect model.
  • The item was damaged in transit.
  • You ordered the wrong cartridge or made an error during checkout.

Important: Products must be returned in original packaging wherever possible.

Return Timeframe

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. For faulty goods under warranty, extended timeframes may apply depending on the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Cartridges that have been opened, used or installed in a printer.
  • Products showing physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Special-order or non-stock items (unless faulty).
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return your item or process a replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges & Replacements

If your product is faulty or incorrect, we will organise a replacement as quickly as possible. In many cases, replacements are shipped immediately after verification.

Incorrect Orders (Customer Error)

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, we will do our best to help. Unopened and unused cartridges can usually be exchanged for the correct model (additional shipping may apply).

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can lodge a claim with the courier and replace the item.

Warranty Claims

All genuine OEM and compatible cartridges are covered by manufacturer or supplier warranty. If you believe your cartridge is faulty, contact us and we will assist with testing, troubleshooting, and replacement if needed.
