At Tonery, we aim to make every purchase a positive experience. If your order arrives faulty, incorrect, or not as expected, we are happy to offer a refund in line with Australian Consumer Law and our store guidelines.

  • The product is faulty or does not function as described.
  • You received the wrong item or an incorrect model.
  • The item was damaged during delivery.
  • The product is out of stock and cannot be supplied.

Conditions for Refunds

  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible.
  • Cartridges must be unopened, unused, and in resellable condition (unless faulty).
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been inspected.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used toner and ink cartridges (unless proven faulty).
  • Special-order items or non-stock products (unless faulty).
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Change-of-mind returns for opened consumables.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for refund.
  2. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will confirm approval.
  4. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our behalf.

Processing Time

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Faulty or Defective Products

If your cartridge or printer consumable is faulty, we will work with you to troubleshoot, test, and replace it as quickly as possible. Faulty items may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the situation.
